Who we are.
Piedra Services LLC is a women-owned, minority-owned California small business. We work as a reseller — sourcing from distributors we hold active reseller accounts with — including Carahsoft, Ingram Micro, and D&H and drop-shipping IT hardware, software, office supplies, and operational products directly to government agencies statewide. We know the compliance requirements, preference programs, and documentation public buyers work within, so quotes come back fast with the documentation we can attach.
Behind every quote is a real distribution network: active reseller accounts with Carahsoft, Ingram Micro, and D&H, with access to 300+ manufacturers through those distributor catalogs.
Our two certifications — Women's Business Enterprise (WBEC West / WBENC) and California Small Business (CA DGS) — support the participation programs your agency runs. California SB status can support the 5% SB bid preference and set-asides where they apply (PCC §14835). WBE may count toward agency-specific goals where WBENC/WBEC West is accepted — confirm your agency's accepted certifying bodies.
